Prairie Design & Build began as an architectural firm, designing custom plans for hundreds of clients in the western suburbs of Chicago over the past 10 years. With a proven architectural team in place, and a firm understanding of all aspects of construction, we began to build luxury custom homes from our own designs and evolved into an award-winning design-build company. We proudly take our clients from concept to move-in day with our team of skilled architects, project managers, schedulers, field superintendents and office staff.
